Such a beautiful day in Bedford, MA today! I never tire of this view–The Patriot Golf Course in Bedford, nestled between the Veterans Administration Hospital and Springs Brook Park, is an often forgotten gem in this sweet town. The nine hole course is home to local High School golf teams: Bedford High, Lexington Christian Academy and Shawsheen Tech. Veterans and current military are all invited to use the course and can bring guests. Civilians employed by Hanscom Air Force Base or even the VA Hospital are also granted access. Or…you could be like me (non- golfer but avid dog walker!) and just enjoy a walk around the course via adjacent Springs Brook Park. You never know what you may find not far out your back door!
